We fished the rock this past two days. Sunday and Monday. We got on the water about 11 on Sunday and fished until about 6 that night. I put in down the lake at the state park ramp. It started out slow. I was fishing the usual table rock winter baits jerk bait and a wiggle wart. I picked up a little swimbait on a shaky head and caught the first fish, a nice keeper spot. That clued us in on where these fish were located. They were on the bluff transition. Every rock change we came up to it seemed like it had a fish on it. Sunday most of the fish were caught on the little swimbait with a few on a trick worm. Today they were very keyed in on the trick worm, its all they would bite. Water temps were in the low 50's both days. Had to get off the water around 12 today because the wind was so bad. Pretty good trip probably around 10 keeper sized fish and who knows how many short fish.
