We fished all day around cc and had one keeper crappie by 5:30. Started trolling across the tops of the brush on the big flat headed up into Turnback creek and started hauling them in. When the crappie stopped hitting then the big sow whites moved in. Also had one bonus Walleye!
I finally made an account here after years of reading everyone else's posts. Pp is a great spot this time of year and if you can get all the way to cave hole fish a white or green pumpkin jig right on the bottom and you can have some fun with smallmouth. Plus you can catch whites all the way up and back.
