Thanks for all the info guys. I'm excited to try some more road beds on the North end of the lake. Once the sun gets overhead I'm having trouble finding walleye on the bluffs so I think road beds will may be my midday ticket
Predominately on the main lake. Supposedly there is one outside of edge branch cove just to the north and also outside and south of cothwell branch. Thanks!
I've been wanting to try and find fish on old road beds but my fish finder is of pretty low quality. Do you guys trust like navionics to have the road beds in the right places? on my fish finder I can't tell the difference in the bottom when I stroll over what navionics has labeled as an old road
She was off a bluff in about 20 fow up toward the dam. I'm guessing if the majority have spawned out there then they've probably spawned out on the rest of the lake too
I couldn't decide if I wanted to fish today and do housework tomorrow or do housework today and fish tomorrow. I'm glad I procrastinated and went fishing today!
I intended on launching at cedar ridge but realized I didn't have $5 cash for the launch fee so I went to high point. Launched around 6:40am and left around noon. This was my first time that far down the little sac and I didn't do my usual amount of map research. I was only able to get one walleye and a handful of short Kentuckies. Water temps ranged from 54 when I launched to 56 at the end of the day. Up above turkey creek it was 52ish I think.

Thanks, I'll be sure to stop by. I like supporting good people when I can. I'll probably stay in the beaver creek/k dock area. Hopefully I'll find some spots in that stretch
I'm glad to hear the wind isn't as big of an issue. I knew Stockton was notorious for its windy conditions but wanted some confirmation before trying new waters. I'll look for those bait shops on the way down, hopefully at least one will be open in the early morning when I roll through. Thanks aarchdale!
I'm planning to fish one day next week and usually go to Stockton. The days I could go all seem like they may be windy and my boat is not equipped to handle anything worse than 10-15 mph winds on Stockton. Does Bull Shoals get as rough as Stockton during 10-20 mph winds? Can anyone recommend a bait shop on the way from Springfield to beaver creek?
Fished this morning from 7-12:30 with minimal luck. I tried just about every technique I could think of on every type of structure from the back of greaser creek to ruark bluff access. Ended the day with 2 whites and 2 kentuckies. No walleye water temps 44-46 with the coves being colder than the main channel. Whites were both caught in 30-35' of water and kentuckies in probably 10-12'. I didn't go all the way down to 39 hwy so maybe they were biting back that way.
