  1. Before the bourbouse filled/graveled in so badly the stretch below highway b had great lm and sm fishing. I suspect you try to park there and carry a canoe to river likely to meet some less than friendly local landowners and maybe the county sheriff!
  2. Shellfish Chesapeake bay blue crab King crab ( no longer possible to get due to imment extinction). Good Fresh *not frozen) gulf shrimp Lobster live fresh not frozen Gulf oysters (fried) Snow crab Fried clams Conch
  3. I've landed 3 20 pound plus freshwater drum on 6 pound line this fall/winter. Took lots of line off drag numerous times but wore them out eventually.
  4. Oh man....freshwater only ...if salt flounder and spotted sea trout up high Yellow perch Walleye longear sunfish Bluegill Green sunfish Crappie Medium lmb/spotted bass in late fall/winter cold water Salmon Rock bass (again when water is cold) White bass (if red meat all removed) Some channel cat (really variable). Farm raised actually better Yeah somehow restaurants do trout better. Man for me canned tuna is the nastiest fishiest thing I know of.
  5. Yeah I think white bass would be fine if took time to trim. I generally catch enough crappie to eat fresh and have some in freezer. Whites fun to catch for sure. You ever do much good at the Pikes camp (wardsvillw) access. Big bluff looks good but I've never had much luck.
  6. Trouble with that lake is 99% of shoreline is a shallow featureless sand and mud beach. Except the one spot.
  7. That at st. Thomas? How heavy a jig head you throwing the swim baits on? I'm personally not the fan of white bass for eating others seem to be. I'd much rather have a 14 inch spot or largemouth from cold winter water. The walleye for sure good.
