  1. Nice fish. Great report and love those pics.
  2. Denny, what a day! I love those War Eagle spinners but they scare me to death on tourny days. I've had to many break on me. But hey if you can get that many fish on one I guess you got your moneys worth anyway.
  3. If you have installed a GPS unit and wired it direct and not to a shut off switch the GPS antenna will keep running even when you turn the boat off. Just a thought.
  4. I dont get the WFN. Is there anywhere on the internet to watch it.
  5. I had that same problem on my old boat but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. I may be way off but I was thinking there was an inline fuse that had went bad. Good luck and I am sure Lowrance can help you out after the Holiday weekend.
  6. Good job. It sounds like you got'em figured. Stay with em and keep up the good reports.
  7. Fozzy I feel your pain. In the summer especially when running the livewells all day and 2 different graphs with 2 seperate GPS pucks I could only make it around 6 hrs on my cranking battery. So I went out and bought another cranking battery to solve the problem but it still only lasted around 6rhs. My solution though not a good one is I put an extra battery in the boat and switch over to it alittle after noon. It is alot of extra weight but atleast it gets me to weigh in on time.
  8. Thanks for the replys guys. I'm with you ham about how long it will take them to adapt. Is there a creek or area you guys would really pick apart from say Buck creek to the dam. I usually fish the Lead Hill area but I am not wanting to make that long of a run this time with the fuel prices plus now the floating debris. I am fishing out of the dam area.
  9. Brian I am heading down your way this weekend. What will this do to your deep fish you been catching. Would you scrap that plan and go after them with a spinnerbait in the bushes or do think a person could still catch them on a rig out deeper. Thanks for the help Brian.
  10. That is just my luck. Heading Bull this weekend for a derby and fish in the Bath Tub.
  11. I went down to Baxter to check the water situation and WOW is it climbing. There were a few trucks parked and you can tell one of them started this morning b/c he was parked on the upper side of the lower parking and the water closing in on his truck. It is a good thing you can now circle above to the upper parking lot and get out that way or he could be stuck.
  12. Thanks for the reply. I am coming down in a few weeks and have had trouble getting the quality bites I need. It sounds like you guys have got them dialed in.
  13. That's a nice fish for sure.
  14. Congrats on the Joe Bass win Brian. If you don't mind me asking are you fishing up the Theodosia or more down by the Dam.
  15. Man what a pig Bill. I see you got the spinning gear out. Did you catch her on a float N fly or a grub?
  16. Nice job! Big fish or not you sure can't complain about a weekend like that.
  17. Bill is there any area of the lake that seems to producing better than the other? I still can't get them to eat the jerkbait.
  18. Man Jeremy, sounds like you got off easy. I was wondering what kind of banks you were throwing the grub on.
  19. Has anyone saw what Mill Creek looks like.
  20. I just drove down to Baxter and it is still a no go there also.
  21. No need to apologize. I think it was obvious you were joking. Atleast it was something to read with hardly no one being able to get out.
  22. Man 37degrees, thats cold. Did you try a jerkbait any?
  23. Nice report Sam. It sounds like a great way to take the young ones out and let them watch the strike even over deep water.
  24. Looks like in the house for another day.
