  1. Are you experiencing smearing on all of them?
  2. And make sure the "heat set" is given enough time to dry everything and not just the top layer. Looking good man. I'll bet that you will be good enough to lose the stencils pretty soon.
  3. They are covering some water! How many boats are in the race?
  4. He was very good with those tools.
  5. Mine has held up pretty well and it's been drug around a bunch. But it doesn't have the pedal drive. I just use a paddle. I don't stand in mine. I used to fall out of a bassboat all the time so I know I'm going over in a kayak. But it is very stable. I've screwed up on some pretty good runs on the river and just knew I was going to flip, but I never have. Some of them are very stable. My biggest issue is getting in and out or on and off if you want to call it that. It would be easier if I was in better shape probably. But my seat sits really low. I think raising it or buying a different yak with a higher seat would help a lot.
  6. Red with a Budweiser logo.
  7. This is cool. Good luck to them.
  8. WHEN I come up there I'll just bring my own. But whilst you ain't lookin I'm going to change all of your reels to the other side.
  9. I always knew I was a retard. Now Wrench has proven it. I have no problems using the left for spinning reels and the right for baitcasters. Have no idea why anyone would care how I do it.
  10. It depends on the person I guess. I'm as big a guy as you will probably find in a kayak and the only time I would rather have the canoe is when I need to carry a lot of gear.
  11. I'm sorry.
  12. Because he is the only outdoor writer that doesn't want to be employed?
  13. I grew up fishing in float tubes so being low to the water doesn’t bother me.
  14. Nice job Ham. Beautiful fish.
  15. You can also just use sharpies. I won a tournament in Pomme de Terre one time on hand painted crankbaits. Caught some fish prefishing in a certain color and couldn’t find any others that color. So we headed to Walmart in Bolivar and bought some nail polish and painted them that night in the room. But a airbrush is so much easier to use.
  16. Yep the rotisserie is freaking awesome! If you ever have any special color needs let me know.
  17. Yes to this.
  18. My Ascend paddle is notched and I've been able to retrieve a crankbait off the bottom or out of a rootwad with it. Kind of awkward to use it like that but it works.
  19. I've been shooting some little plastic dinosaurs off my deck with a Red Rider BB gun. Can't see why anyone would need anything else. Zebco 33s work too. Please explain why you have all those other ridiculous toys?
  20. Well it looks like I wore it out. Just over two years old and it went to sleep and never woke up. I took some pics with it Saturday and then about 10 minutes later I tried to power it on to take a fish pic and nothing. I hoped it was just the battery. Maybe it failed for no reason. But I knew it wasn't. The last pics it took were really washed out like it was having some issues. And then it was gone. Last pic from the TG-870. (after some corrections in Lightroom) Not sure what I'm going to do for a pocket fishing camera.
  21. Did a little access hop on Bryant Creek on Saturday. We barely fished but it was great spending the day with @patfish and @Harps
  22. I never really forgot to wear it either. Just didn't. I did after that though. But I haven't wore one in Harps boat on Fellows.
  23. After somebody you know drowns you never forget.
  24. I agree with that too. And I have been a part of the C&R tournament debates and voiced my opinion. But sometimes you get that certain member that just won't stop. And never has anything positive to add. We can't get rid of you no matter what craziness you spew, there are boats that need repair. But if your skill is Google Images then maybe calm it down a little.
