Torqued the queen off and bought a new lens this week. Didn’t really get any time with it before she drug me on a shopping trip that currently has us in Tulsa. She’s getting her revenge.

Unfortunately there are still people out there that choose to rape our resourses and the science doesn't matter to them. I actually think they aren't smart enough to understand so they discard it or they do understand it but would rather have dollars in their pockets. It's sad what this country has done to it's resources and continues to do. -

Park right across from the old power plant and follow the old rail tracks up the southeast side. Going to run into better water there. -

It’s not usually a biologist that screws things up, it’s the people with the money, or more importantly the people that hope to profit off what they do. Those are called politicians and most Americans will follow them blindly off a cliff. The control is needed for them. Scientists don’t profit by screwing over the natural resources. -

Been a lot more fortunate than a lot of folks out there but still around $3,000 out of pocket. The grass and flowers are lush though. The trees? Not so much.

And we still aren't gettimng any smarter. I have nothing pleasant to say about war, so I'll just keep my mouth shut. But I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with two veterans. One from WWII and an Army Ranger from Korea and Vietnam. Neither of them felt like brave heroes. They felt crapped on by their government. But that's what happens when you give idiots the power to have a big dick contest. Cool pictures ness.

Well throw a few hundred bucks in a bowl, soak it in gasoline, and set it on fire. Now you are as cool as me!! Got home from a big family gathering last night to prepare pizzas for the few that made the cut. No power. Not that the oven needs power but.... Got power back around 5:30am this morning and unless another round of storms roll through we are going to eat pizza tonight. Of course last night we ended up at a pizza place. LOL. Weren't many places open around town that everyone would agree on.

This is all great info. Launching is where the first one went bad. And I made it a little too big to fit in the opening!! But we salvaged it and it wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t pretty. I did get a turning peel. One of my guys has an oven and I could tell by watching him that it was very useful.

Thanks. Yeah that first cook was a little rough. The first pizza was a disaster. But that was expected and it was still edible. Going to give it another go tonight.

Froggys can be just as busy as the rest of them. But I always seem to catch fish amongst all the people. The lower James has turned very busy over the last few years. But the fish don’t care.

It's all about bigger and bigger and bigger. You ain't an outdoorsman unless the bass are big and the deer racks are huge. I think a lot of people are trying to compensate for something. And all these states want them because it brings in big money. Oklahoma is realizing these types of things create huge issues for native species after their disaster of stocking smallmouth into Tenkiller.

Anyone have one? Anyone have any opinions? I’m going to purchase one soon and just wondered if any of you have any experience with one. I’ve used the Solo Stove one with propane. And it worked very well. However, while propane will be nice, I need one that will burn pellets as well. Needs to burn pellets. Needs to be portable. As in traveling for a few days down the river in a canoe portable.
