Short report, caught a nice L M at 9 am this morning on the blade. Put her on the digital scales 4.6,thought i has hung on a log.Caught a nice K about 2#. the outher half caught 3 shorts 1 almost a keeper. L m was in 5 feet of water. Temp. was 60. Snakem Out.

Same thing happened to us. Early morning was great then extremely slow. Wifey read our bass magazine and according to moon phase they were not to bite until after 3:45 p.m. We were gone by 11:30 because of the wind. This was Easter Sunday as snakem wrote in his earlier thread. Bill we are with you and understand your point completly.

Put in at daylight at C. F .Went down the lake,water pretty dirty, tried one spot with no luck. Went on down the lake to one of my honey holes, the water was much better with good color and water temp 55 to 56. First cast on a stick bam, then the better half same thing for her. both shorts.had a few more then slow.Picked up the spinner and it was on to good ones,then lots of shorts on the blade.All in all a better day for us. IT wont be long now. Snakem Out.

Put in this am at aunts before day light water temp 49, very muddy moved out towards main lake caught 4 through backs,then the wind got to rough for me. oh on the jurk bite. Water just not warm enough for me that part of the lake. Snakem Out.

Techo,dont know how modest your wife is. I keep a minnow bucket in my boat,and my big jacket It works for her bless her heart. I under stand fishing with the other sex ,but boy are they not a hoot to fish with. Mine will be my buddy coming up May the first for the cape fair Eagles lodge tournament. Techo I put in at aunts this am about daylight,sounds like you had a good day. I never got a bite in aunts . So i went out of aunts across to the bluffs found some spots on my graph in 25foot of water and caught 3 on a chautrese jigging spoon.That was my day. not much luck. Snakem Out.

Bill after last night and reading your post today,I stayed high and dry went to marine repair this am. Just my luck my 767 would not down load the new up date,So now there sending it off to the factory at no charge sh sh sh.hope to get it back real soon.sounds like a good day for u Snakem Out.

Put in at bridgeport 9.30 this am,i know i was late. run in to a couple of nice guys up towards were everybody is so called catching the whites. they said to follow them on up to where lilly was talking about. Their third cast they pulled in a 17' eye useing a vibber rooster tail,so they sold me one i didnt have any never got a bite.Went to the bevy lucky craft jerk bait wham a 4# small jaw made my day. that was my day water temp up to 56.9 Snakem Out.
