    YIKES!

No obstacle if you use the "Punch Ned"- 3 oz Ned head, but you still want to tip it with a 1/2 Zinker.
  4. That is the downside of being "The Guy".
  5. I got a reliable report from someone up there on the 24th that had a similar day on the Wart. Just when things seemed to be breaking loose we get these darn storms.
  6. Table Rock already up a foot and the line is still pointing straight up on the graph.
  7. That's a lot of rain - still raining here.
  8. Thanks for the info!
  9. Had my own little creek running through the side yard for a bit.
  10. Round 2 got here faster than I thought it would. Pouring down rain with some hail.
  11. Biffle JR is a good idea. I have some junior sized Megastrike Megabugs that would probably also work.
  12. Round 1 just ended, about 20 minutes of heavy rain with a bit of hail. Looks like more storms are forming in Oklahoma.
  13. Just looking at the radar - I've got storms north, west, and south of me. Probably going to see some rain.
  14. Never have tried that - how long do you boil them for? Will it screw up the thin appendages like claws?
  15. I don't know how far up the stained water goes, but that was the deal Monday. Stained water with sun. Shallow, ledge rock with some buck brush. They were not up in the buck brush, but right out in front of it. I got more bites on the Menace grub, but still got some on the Ned. Weather may screw things up for a bit, I'd like to get out tomorrow and fish the afternoon sunshine, assuming we don't get crazy rain tonight.
  16. I would not mind seeing the lake come up another foot or two, just hope things don't get too crazy. ... FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... 17. I would not be afraid to throw that Spring Craw in the stained water we're seeing in parts of Table Rock right now.
  18. I can live with a well done burger, but not a well done steak.
  19. Spro could do a better job when it comes to craw colors across their product lines. They could add the Rock Crawler colors to the Fat Papa and Little John lineup. Take the Olive Craw and Bluegill (which is sort of craw like) and put them into the Rock Crawler lineup. Wouldn't hurt to add some of the best Wart colors to the Rock Crawler, Mizz Craw, Brown craw and V-38, Tim Hughes Ghost colors.
  20. Sounds like an awesome day in many regards. This darn front is coming at a bad time. Would've liked to seen another week of weather like we had yesterday.
  21. Great shots!
  22. I have thrown the Little John MD a bit in the fall and have caught fish on it. Another interesting looking Spro bait is the Fat Papa 55. I like the looks of the Olive Craw and the Honey Craw. Haven't tried them however.
  23. Yep, flatter areas with some rock.
