Just when you think you've got them figured out, they throw you a curve ball. Or maybe it's the weather change that is at fault, it sure was nice weather today compared to yesterday. Caught 7 bass, 3 came right away on the 1st bank I fished, then I spend the next 5 hours fishing to get 4 more. The K's seem to have left for parts unknown today. A couple of decent fish, a 3 lber being biggest. Again on the tube, though I did try a jerk bait, crank, and the Ned rig.
The bass this year in the White channel seem to be bigger on average than last year. There was a strong class of 13-14" LM's last year and I believe the survivors from that group are now in the 15-17" range.
Water temps 43-47.
