Chicks drawn to a boat would be way down the list for ol' ness
So, I'm gonna like your post, and go find another to put you over 1,000. You're welcome.
I hate gift certificates. I've got a pile of them from last Christmas with various amounts left on them. I wonder if there's somewhere online where I can sell them at a discount.
You might try one of the recipe sites. I like allrecipes.com. Find a recipe with a high rating and large number of them and you can be fairly certain it's good. Or not.
The fact that they all resigned at the same time makes me think there was either a showdown, or they were asked to resign. Could be a lot of things. When you're used to running things, and now you've got to answer to someone, it can be tough to swallow. It'll be interesting to hear the gossip coming out of Flippin in the next few days and weeks. Johnny sure seems to be a busy guy lately.
My son is taking a film class. The teacher made a short film and modeled the ending of it after the ending to The Searchers. The teacher asked the class if anybody knew the source of his idea for the ending. Of the 50 or so people in the class, including some middle-aged and older people, my boy was the one who got the question. We've watched it a bunch of times, and we went through Monument Valley on one summer vacation. So I'm thankful at least one of my babies is paying attention
Looking good, rps!
This was my first time doing it this way. I had a 13 pound turkey and a 12 pound breast. I left the turkey sides together. It cooked very quickly this way, but I was having a hard time getting even cooking. Probably because I didn't one side as flat as the other. Results were good on both the whole turkey and the breast. I liked having the backbones available to make stock.
I always go pretty traditional -- roasted, spatchcocked turkey and a roasted turkey breast (gonna be brined), cornbread stuffing, sweet potato pie, cranberry sauce and corn casserole. Big group coming, so the rest is pot luck.
Oh yeah -- no denying there's a plus side to it.
Heck, I didn't even video my kids much when they were growing up. Heck, at a certain age I didn't really want to hear the crap coming out of their mouths again anyway
That's part of the rub with me. I don't want to look through all the crap video. It's a personal preference, admittedly. A well-composed and thought out still shot is gonna win every time with me. I like National Geographic, not NatGeo
