I sure like he sound of all that! Never have done a mole, but it’s been on my mind for a long time. How’d you like that part of the dish? Any changes you’d make next time? I love me some grits! Never had them growing up because my dad ate them so much when he was young that he wouldn’t allow it. I’ve got a really good shrimp and cheesy grits recipe. Sometimes make them for breakfast with some cheese, ham and hot sauce.

They were the 'Street Tree' the developer gave to each lot in the neighborhood where I live. Everybody got one, but somehow I got two. Then we all just sat back and waited for them to split. My bigger one finally split last year and I paid a guy $$$ to cut it up and haul it away. Since then I've had suckers coming up from where it was. The other one has always had suckers coming up and it drops little berries on the ground. Ruby eats them as soon as they hit the ground, with no ill effect to date. They're usually pretty for anywhere from a couple days to a week, then I just wish they were gone. Never again.

Well, I’m not interested in recreating the past by grabbing photos from the archive. As for quoting posts with lots of pictures, I generally edit them out. Especially if there are a lot, but I’d question whether they take up additional space. Seems like they’d just reuse the existing photo.but what do I know.

I love maps too. Have a few custom ones from MyTopo for areas I’m interested in. But with so much information available online I tend to do my work there and load waypoints into my GPS and just go. I know this is making me stupid(er?) but it’s soooo easy. I’ve got hand drawn maps for fishing and hunting locations too. And a growing library of the Delorme state atlases, though I don’t like the scale on those much.

Alright, I’m closing this down. Looks like 5 tiers and 8 flies. I’m gonna do two but haven’t made my final decision on the second — got a couple things in mind. When I get the popper assembly line up and running and get the air brush dirty, I like to do a bunch.
