Still riding my Orange Krate. I like to set up my ramp and do jumps to impress the neighborhood kids. Cleared three weed-eaters a couple weeks ago. Saving up for a sissy bar!

They did file bankruptcy last week. Don't know if that' the issue but it certainly doesn't help.

Made a batch of sauce and rub yesterday. Did a pork butt and made sliders with some slaw, pretty good corn and fries.

I had a lot of fun when I was in a CSA. You get what they’ve harvested each week and you deal with it. The one I was in would also send recipes each week. Was going to join again this year but they didn’t do it.

A lot of our tomatoes have been bland and watery tasting. Also major cracking. I think we've been overwatering, especially the heirlooms. They look a little stressed with curling leaves, so we water more. Need to dial it back. Celebrity tomatoes and our little cherries are delicious though.

🎵Summertime summertime sum sum summertime... Not our first BLT this summer, but the best so far...perfect tomato. Not our first corn of the summer but lucked into some excellent stuff at the store. This is summertime at its best It was so good I had another!

A few. They did a show on Johnny's BBQ, which is in the next suburb over from me. If I had ever known about it I had forgotten it. Really good stuff and has become my go-to for BBQ. I asked the waitress if being on DDD made a difference and she said it was phenomenal for business. Johnny retired this year and closed that location, but there's another in Olathe run by his son. Met @Mitch f there for lunch once.
