Property values are 1/3 of what they were & just try to get a loan from a bank to purchase property there. SO, their grade in the #1 area of their responsibility " A GREAT BIG FAT F " !!!!!!! Is there a lower grade available. Go ahead change my opinion, to do so you must prove me wrong The worst part of the whole thing is the same useless morons have kept their jobs & we pay their salaries after they have caused millions of dollars in damage. OK, you screwed up once you deserve a 2nd. chance. Do it a 2nd. 3rd. & 4th. time. You should not only get fired, you should be taken out behind the barn & put out of your misery. Well, over the years I have had dealings with several of them @ various levels & observed several of them while they work ( IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT WORK ) if they are the hardest working & smartest bunch of em' all we are in worse trouble than I thought. Try asking 3 of them the exact same question re. their rules, regulations, etc. & see if you get the same answer from all 3, will you, " NO YOU WON'T " should you " YES " !!!!!!! By the way, when they cannot explain away a situation or regulation they blame everything on congress & state government. Will they do so publically no, but behind closed doors that is their standard #1 response. I will change my opinion when they are deserving. Currently & over the last 14 years I am not impressed.

I have done it by myself several times, easier if you have a helper but you should be able to do it without much trouble. But, be very careful to balance & support the axle ( BOTH THE OLD & NEW ) properly @ all times & get all the weight off the springs before removing bolts, nuts, etc. Spray everything down with a good amount of WD-40 ( OR A GOOD PENETRATING OIL ) a couple of times ( A DAY OR 2 IN ADVANCE) before you start the job, it will save you some time & a busted knuckle or 2.

TEAM ( BOAT # 144 ) won the boat. Some of our other guests that were staying with us & fishing the tournament told me that " THE GUY'S STAYING IN UNIT # 2 WON THE BOAT " !!!!!!! At the time they returned after the weigh-in my wife happened to be out in our parking lot & said by the way they were " WALKING ON AIR " it was apparent something big had happened.

In my opinion, GARMIN. Their GPS UNITS have always been top of the line & led the industry in technology. If you check into it you will find they have designed their depth finders the same way. High tech, high quality, & most important to me " VERY USER FRIENDLY & EASY TO USE " !!!!!!! I don't want to spend my time reading through a manual @ home & then spend more hours on the water trying to figure out how to get the thing to work as the manual says it should. Again this is my opinion, based on a great deal of research & having owned both LOWRANCE & HUMMINBIRD & not being totally happy with either. I am sure many will vote for the other candidate in the running. But, my 2015 IRS refund ( CAN'T BELIEVE I AM GOING TO FINALLY EXPERIENCE THAT ) is ear marked for 2 new GARMIN UNITS in the spring of 2017.

No sir, the only sport I follow is HOCKEY & primarily NHL. Born & raised in Chicago, came down here 14 years ago ( STARTED FISHING TABLE ROCK IN 1976 ) when we bought the resort. Gave up on all other sports when I figured out all I am going to do is sit down & fall asleep. Really should not lie to you, watch DAYTONA 500, & SUPERBOWL, but that's about it. Back in Chicago I was a WHITE SOX fan when my kids were young. Been a HAWKS fan since I can remember & I am talking all the way back to Bobby Hull, Stan Makita, Glen Hall, a long time back. Had a whole bunch of really bad years to go through except 1994 when we lost to the PENNS. in the cup finals in 4 games ( WAS @ THAT LAST GAME WITH BOX SEATS ON THE GLASS ) & remember it like it was yesterday. Have 1 room in my house devoted to the "HAWKS & FISHING & NOTHING ELSE " !!!!!!! Got many of our guests that are from the ST. LOUIS area & are big BLUES fans. It can get pretty viscous & personal @ times out around the pool especially in April, May, June during the playoffs but I guess I have not crossed any lines yet as they keep coming back for more. OH, maybe it's the HAWKS decals that somehow find their way into their units & onto their windows & bumpers, still trying to catch that guy. " GO HAWKS, WILL BLEED RED - BLACK - WHITE - TILL THE DAY I LEAVE THIS EARTH " !!!!!!! The one & only thing I miss about Chicago ( THIS MAY SOUND BAD BUT IT'S TRUE ) even though I have 3 children & 6 grand children back there is " THE HAWKS " !!!!!!! But once a year we go back over the XMASS & NEW YEARS HOLIDAYS & I get over to the UNITED CENTER for a game or two, then back here I have the NHL PAACKAGE on my computer & NBCSN on the big screen so I somehow survive. Yes it will be a series that I would not want to miss. The BLUES have a very solid team & are a legit cup contender. But, once the HAWKS get back #65 #81 #15 #2 #50 so are they & they should all be back for the series. Keith will miss game #1 but there is nothing they can do about that. I know the BLUES have a couple of guy's banged up also that should return so the playing field should be level. It's going to come down to skill / talent, who wants it more, & luck. May the best team win & may " I not suffer a massive coronary while watching it " !!!!!!!

Did you hear about the ST. LOUIS BLUES fan who called a talk radio sports show in ST. LOUIS & asked the host to forward a request he had to the BLUES players. The host asked the caller what his request was of the BLUES players. The caller responded that upon his death he requested that 6 BLUES players lower his coffin into the ground. When the host asked the caller why 6 BLUES players & not friends & / or loved ones the caller responded, " THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN SO MANY TIMES, WHY NOT ONCE MORE " !!!!!!! Let me just say this about that, if you have not ever had one " GOOD FOR YOU " & if you ever have one " YOU WILL NEVER FORGET IT " !!!!!!! Once you have had ( SORRY TO BE THE BEARER OF BAD NEWS ) there is a good chance you will again, just the way it goes. Over the years I have had 4, takes a lot to get me to say ouch but, the 1ST. one put me on my knees, had me crying, in the emergency room for hours, never felt anything like it. My nose is broken in 6 places due to my love of ice hockey & each & every one of those breaks was a cake walk / day in the park compared to kidney stones. Give me a choice of a stick in the face or a kidney stone, " SWING THE STICK MAN " !!!!!!! Only thing I can say good about the situation is each & every one since the 1st. has been easier to handle, ( SEEM LESS INTENSE ) no smaller in size but less pain, less trauma overall, & no visits to the ER needed. Don't know if that is what others have experienced but that's my story & I am sticking to it. Will pass along one bit of advice I was given by an ER nurse & my son who is an ER DR. & I swear by it " BUT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW IT DAILY " !!!!!!! Up in the morning before any other liquids drink a " BIG GLASS OF CRANBERRY JUICE " @ minimum of 8 ounces, I do 12, then during your day " LOTS & LOTS OF WATER " & if you can handle it ( SOME FOLKS CAN'T, CAUSES THEM TO HAVE TO RISE & PEE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ) another " BIG GLASS OF CRANBERRY JUICE " before bed. When I have had problems is when I thought hell things are going so well I don't need to follow this regiment any longer & start to cheat. Also, not CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL, not CRANAPPLE, not CRANGRAPE, nothing but " 100 % CRANBERRY JUICE " & coffee & tea don't count as water, " 100% WATER NO ADDITIVES " !!!!!!! Yeah I still love & drink coffee & tea & Jim & Jack & Wild Turkey & Makers Mark & will continue to consume them as long as I can but, I still do my best to make the " CRANBERRY JUICE & WATER THE TOP PRIORITY" as I know what lies ahead if I don't. Finally a word about some food stuffs you may enjoy that can help with the production of kidney stones, like peanuts, like chocolate, like peanut butter, like salt, well, that's not good as they all have been tied to the formation of kidney stones. How lucky am I, " I LOVE REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS " especially the ones with extra peanuts crushed up in them & my wife & kids love to give them to me as gifts on my b-day, fathers day, XMASS, I hope not but maybe this is there way of getting even. I said, IN A MATTER OF HOURS, in my opinion 6 hrs. is just that, " A MATTER OF HOURS " & that ( MATTER OF HOURS ) in no way prepares young people ( TEENS & YOUNGER ) to go out there & operate any type of motorized water-craft in a safe & respectful manner.
