I agree, but it was nice with the full moon last Friday night. Im real good with Stockton at night but my partner (the boater) is not so it was tricky at times. I've not put in much down at Ruark so I'm not sure of the lighting (or how safe the truck is) but ur right it is nice to launch close to where u want to fish when ur not tournament fishing! Good luck the rest of the year!

To be honest I only try to put in at night at state park or Crabtree after my truck window was busted out back in 06 at cedar ridge. I really wish the "states" had the $$$ to install security booths at certain ramps at night/day so u could not worry when your enjoying the lake. Sorry for hijacking ur post.....

What tournament did u fish Saturday night??

Was a tough bite last night for the Friday nighter. We finished all night never put a keeper in the boat had a lot of short fish and also had about 12 pounds of Drum, seems like we're catching more more those silly fish all the time . I do know a friend of mine one but I hadn't heard how much weight they had but I do know they had the big bass and it was 5.69. Since we didn't have on the way and we didn't stick around and seehow guys can either fish or if there was a pattern that we were not on. Although it was tough night for us had good time!!!!

I stopped in there today nice little store lots of good tackle from Missouri/local companies, also picked up some Ned's. Will be back for sure!

If u haven't fished it u should no matter your boat size.. I fished out of a 15.5 bass tracker with a 25hp motor... Was a the smallest rig there weighed in 4 and beat nine other teams.... the fish don't know or care what UR fishing out of.. Come out fish and have a good time with a REALLY good tournament!!
