  1. How 'bout a nice '05 Nitro instead? http://redirectingat.com/?id=673X542464&xs=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Floz.craigslist.org%2Fboa%2F2219627930.html&sref=http%3A%2F%2Ftwistedrootwad.freeforums.org%2Fi-put-my-baby-up-for-sale-t1326.html
  2. That thing sucks Cricket. I've got a turtle painted like a frog I'll sell you for $20.
  3. Looks like a better design. How bad do they kink your line?
  4. There's nothing wrong with holding a bass vertically by the jaw. If you turn him horizontally, you must support his belly. There, issue settled.
  5. No worries Pete. I AM angry! And those who know me know why! Kidding...I just need to get out for a trip, that's all. Nice to see you around Ronnie. Flush.
  6. Good pics and a nice report there. I hope you stomped his brains out after you took your pics.
  7. I don't care if you never take a picture of anything...that's your call. I was just surprised that you didn't choose to add a few pics to your reports of trout fishing near and far in the last couple years. I'm just saying a report is about a thousand times better with some photos or video. And the point remains the same either way...if you find it acceptable to fight a fish to lactic acid overdose and complete exhaustion on light tippet, a few more seconds to snap a shot for memory's sake shouldn't be a major concern to you...that's the least of that fish's problem.
  8. Both links working for me.
  9. That's an awesome fish man. There, I gave you a compliment.
  10. Nice report and video SIO3! I embedded it for you.
  11. And you're not even from the "East."
  12. Did you find that big one upside-down on the bottom of the river? That fish looked terrible.
  13. Killer. That editing where you threw Carter was perfect. I'm getting a GoPro and some software this year...you're gonna have to learn me some stuff.
  14. Fine, here's your lie that took all of 7 seconds to find. Can't you start doing some of your own homework? And just for fun... http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/wed-august-18-2010/news-corp--gives-money-to-republicans
  15. Listen for 30 seconds...you'll hear one.
  16. Look at the numbers watching Beck and Hannity. Wow, that's a LOT of Kool Aid being poured.
  17. BF, go back and read what I've said about nuclear...I'm on board. The point I'm making with the 3MI, Chernobyl, and BP incidents is that just because we're Americans and living in the 21st Century doesn't make us impervious to accident and disaster. So let's not start pretending that nuclear power comes without risk. Nuclear IMO is a viable fuel alternative, but as I said before, I think we should be focusing on renewable, and only supplementing that with the more dangerous sources like nuclear and fossil fuel. So that's my point...that there's no magic bullet when it comes to our energy crisis. No alternative is perfect, and I'm simply pointing out one of the problems with nuclear. And yes, I was alive in '79.
  18. You named one of your cattle Richard...LMAO! Entertaining read, Justin. Happy Birthday.
  19. Since I know you wouldn't read any link I'd post, I put it in TV form so you can continue to enjoy your potato chips while learning. Halliburton: Accidents never happen in America: http://www.youtube.c...37B0E873F58A3D7 Part II: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related Part III: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related Part IV: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related Part V: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related Part VI: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related
  20. I could go on debunking every inaccurate or false thing you say...but I'm not going to. You'll just go right around it like you did with the post above. This is why it's a waste of time...forcefield of denial. If you go through life listening only to yourself, you'll never get any smarter.
  21. Wiki on the Chernobyl disaster: "This event exposed the graphite moderator components of the reactor to air and they ignited; the resulting fire sent a plume of radioactive fallout into the atmosphere and over an extensive area..." http://en.wikipedia....rnobyl_disaster LOL So naive. Let me teach you, Grasshopper. The largest shareholder of BP is JP Morgan-Chase (28.4%), making them technically the "owners" of BP. An AMERICAN company. And the people who caused the leak itself? You guessed it...Halliburton. An AMERICAN company. It's amazing what Google can do...you should try it before posting sometime.
  22. That's what I thought of, too.
  23. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it is who you think it is...and if it is, there was substantial evidence that extremely slow service and sporadic communication were already a problem when Njardar placed his order. Maybe he didn't see the threads? And from what I've been told privately, the products are a mixed bag, ranging from "you get what you pay for" to "not bad for the price," depending on the item. I've seen the good reviews, but it seems those who have been disappointed have refrained from commenting publicly, I suppose out of politeness...so there it is. Definitely.
  24. Kev, I've already conceded that I'm basically on board with nuclear power, and I'm sure technology has improved to the point that it can be done relatively safely. But still, accidents happen, and I have to say I'd be angry and worried if a plant was built anywhere closer to my home than Callaway (I'm not all that thrilled that Callaway is only about 100 miles due west of me). But all in all, I agree with you that it's a viable energy source, and surely more environmentally friendly than our current policy of anything-goes fossil fuel burning. Let's not pretend, though, that nuclear power comes without a certain amount of risk. Our main focus should be on entirely renewable energy, and only supplemented with nuclear and fossil fuel. Yeah, because anything US owned and operated is impervious to disaster, right? Like the BP oil spill? Imagine if that was nuclear fallout instead...all over northern Arkansas. Yea! Mutations!
