  1. It has been a long dry spell for me. I haven’t been able to get on the water for over a month. I just have time for a short run in the morning. Anyone who can give me current conditions and a probable bite will be my new best friend.
  2. Bo does it again. Nice trip there bud. Tell Leonard his old cousin Dayne says howdy.
  3. Clayton that looks like a great family outing and some pretty good fish as well.
  4. I thought that might be him. I am glad that he is still fishing.
  5. Good trip as always Bo. I know a few Cassville people. Who is Leonard?
  6. Wow I don’t remember seeing it this high before. Cedar Ridge, Rouark, and Stockton Park all had curteosy docks but they are pretty high. State Park and Hartley are pretty much nonexistent. I don’t think I’m going to fish there until there is a significant level drop. Look out Cape Fair. As soon as my jack plate parts arrive here I come.
  7. So does this need to be incorporated into the new ap that Phil mentioned? Maybe the ap could send alerts like the weather ap so guys on the lake could get them and quickly respond?
  8. This is a 12 volt trailer jack Thai I adapted for my former boat trailer. I have no use for it. If you want it let me know. It can be had very cheap. I just want it out of the garage. BTW: It is white.
  9. I’m thinking that is the old shoreline. Did you get any green, brown or spotted fish? Where did you launch?
  10. Payment arrived today. They come off tomorrow and ship to Houston TX.
  11. I am at the Bass Pro outlet right now. They have a bunch of units of different brands and sizes. I imagine that these are discontinued models.
  12. I recently moved to Humminbird from Lowrance. I did it because I switched to a MK trolling motor and wanted to get the most from it. I have struggled with the language and command differences. So my recommendation is stick with Hbird to shorten any learning curve. Helix. has been on sale lately.
  13. I that Cedar Ridge?
  14. It looks like they are headed to Houston TX if details get worked out.
  15. Check your pm.
  16. Yep I put in at Hartley today. The courtesy dock is in the lot only the metal one is usable. My truck exhaust was under water backing out to float the boat. Along with that fishing was tough.
  17. I had them put on my boat 3 years ago when I bought it. I have only used them maybe 10 times. I have 4 remote controls for them. I paid $3500 for them and will take $2250 for them. Local pick up.
  18. How about them and sweat. I sweat like a hard run race horse.
  19. They seem to be moving. We struggled for 27 with 3 keepers today. Heading home in the morning. Close to 230 smallmouth. It has been a good trip. A little rest then look out green fish. I will be back for you.
  20. All of the fish were are catching are from 5 to 15 feet deep. I have been trying to get some deeper but can't find anything below 15.
  21. Stayed around the lower lake. We had 32 bass 1 keeper lmb 2 keeper spots 3 keeper smb 1 eye and a spec. Alabama craw and yoga pants were the best. Talked to a couple of guys in yaks who were also getting fish on the Ned.
  22. We went south today. The bite was slow. At mid day we moved back to the dam area. We wound up with 23. TRD green pumpkin goby was the best color. Water temperatures were from 62 to 68.
  23. We had 31 bass and 1 eye Sunday. Keepers are hard to find. I am heading back to mid lake today. Water temp was down to 62 degrees. TRD Yoga pants was the bait of the day.
  24. The cold front moved the fish. Had to do a bunch of searching. Had 24 with only 2 keeps along with a white and a 5# eye. Water temp down to 64. Fish 5 to 15.
  25. If I were going to fish for crappie the part of the lake wouldn't matter. A red stick bait with 30 second fuse will work anywhere. In other words I don't have any idea how or where to catch them.
