  10. The boat is taking a good 45 sec to get up on plane. It gets to 3000rpms and gets up on plane, the prop is 25 pitch. All of the prop plugs are out. My buddy sat up over the cooler and it seemed to get up quicker. Redbird let's go fishin...

  12. I have a 1999 Triton TR-20 with 1999 200hp Mercury and it's slow to get up on plane. It runs great it's just really slow to get on plane. I'm not real familiar with hot foot, could it be a problem with the throttle? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
  13. Put in @ Ahoys this afternoon.
  14. I'm not finding to much out about Legend boats from this year. Looking for thoughts on the boat and motor. Any help would be appreciated.
  15. Awesome fish! Care to share where that pond is?
  16. The boat ramp you put in today is a great ramp. Well worth the $5 dollars, across the hwy 13 right behind Kimberling City Inn is free. As far as fishing and what you need. http://ozarkanglers.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=21079h, some really great info there. The maps on here are useful and will help out with spots to fish. I recommend going to fin & feather and buying a "structure graphics" map of the lake. Most the anglers on this forum are willing to help and wind is your friend.
  17. 5/16 & 3/8 oz in pb&j, green pumpkin and purple flake. GO COWBOYS!!!
  18. We put in at Hwy 13 at 7am yesterday and fished a jig. We caught 25 keepers (all were let go) biggest fish weighted 4lbs Kentucky and Smallmouth. Found them in 10-25 foot of water on rocky points and everywhere we went. Caught a few dinks on white spinnerbait. Didn't fish any topwater.
  19. What color of yellow magic? Is the red fin still going in Kimberling area? Hope to get out Monday.
  20. He means Indian Point to Cow Creek area. Great to hear they're eating the fin.
  21. Going tomorrow to fish topwater. Did you find them on main points? Going to the Baxter area early tomorrow. Any advice whould be greatly appreciated.
  22. SJ stands for Small Jaw or Smallmouth Bass. A pig is just a way of saying it's a BIG fish...
  23. Redfin is one of my very favorite topwater baits. I really like the jointed ones I replace that back treble with a feather treble. Best color really like the silver and blue. They will bite any of the colors if the conditions are right.
