    Neosho fish hatchery is having there annual rainbows for veterans free fishing day at the hatchery from 9am 2 pm. This is a great event for all who come no equipment needed it will be provided if you do not have gear. Lunch will be served and lots of other stuff. If you are a veteran or active military I would like to say thank you for your service and come out and enjoy this nice event and weather. http://www.fws.gov/midwest/neosho/

    It was a nice day for this event, weather perfect, a lot of kids turned out and enjoyed themselves. Thanks to the scout kids for helping us out in the fishing booths.

    Tito I am heading to the lake city area. Never been before. If you have any info on locations, flys etc. Will be a 10 day trip, looking to hit some small streams, lakes and just enjoy the scenery I will be there next week 18- 28 Thanks for any info and tips

    I may be wrong but just want to confirm that there are two boiling springs camps one on the gasconade and one one the piney ? Sorry for the confusion. Which one would be be for the roundup this week ? Is it the one off of bb.

    Got a late start waiting for mother in law to show up (she is late to everything) so went to the rock instead. Then decided to jump off point 25 on the upper side . We'll I landed little off and slammed my tail bone. Did notice the landing was bad little stinging. Few hours later sitting wow I am going to be hurting for a few days.. Tail bones are painful it was a long drive back to diamond..

    Hey guys have a question. I usually put my 25 ft pontoon in at eagle rock but my wife wants to try out beaver lake. How is and where would be the best place to launch my boat.? I would be coming from the eagle rock area. Going to lake tomorrow looks like the best day for the weekend so far.. Thanks

    Sounds like a really long day and a fun one.. Glad you got into some fish. We might have to get together and chase some whites in the next few weeks.

    Very cool. Enjoyed the family history pictures. Wish I had some old time photos of my grandfather and the legacy he created. It was a very different time back then that I wish some of kids could relate to. Thanks for sharing..
