  1. Interesting, I'm not sure about the whole bait ball series but Koppers sure hit a home run with the HFC crawfish crankbait
  2. Yep, I had the same issue with the little octopus drop shot hooks when I first started using them. You almost just start reeling in their hooked up automatically
  3. 鼓是真棒母亲笨蛋!
  4. Not to mention a very high percentage of Drum munchers!
  5. Yep, you can also finesse a Zara Super Spook!
  6. I thought the Roboworms had a salt release system?
  7. Do most of you prefer salt in your plastics? Pros: Adds weight Adds taste Cons: Sinks when you don't want it to (which may not work on a crawfish claw for example) Makes bait a little less durable if too much
  8. That quote was taken off a website I guess for me it all boils down to that there is nothing wrong with questioning what we read. We shouldn't assume anything. Would you be willing to risk your life on something? Or make a major policy change? Or make a key decision without doing your homework? I wouldn't unless I do myself or make darn sure I trust the source. Nothing wrong with questioning.

Isn't it tomato and lemon juice for dogs and clothes or something like that?
  11. One of my favorite Striper jigs is a 1/2 oz tied with Puglisi fibers. There are a little translucent which works well for the highland type lakes. You can also make it 6" long if you want because its synthetic material and no natural hairs will grow that long.
  12. There are in there! Just few and far between!
  13. Agreed, but I'm also used to seeing a huge problem with the data collection itself, long before it even gets to the interpretation part.
  14. It's funny how people go thru trends at certain lakes. I remember when hair jigs really produced fish at TR and for some reason I don't hear of many people using them anymore. I'm sure they still work great!
  15. I know that, and I appreciate Tim posting this. The older I get the more skeptical I am of data. I've seen too many instances where they were way wrong.
  16. It's very difficult for me (and I'm sure many others) to take the time to digest all of this data. When you work for a living and are raising a family you just don't have the time it takes to investigate all the variables. Since I work with data sets almost every day at work, I know full well that the quality of the data is of utmost importance, followed by the manipulation of the data to come with an answer that everyone can understand and use it to find the root cause of a problem.....I also know the presenter of the data set can lead you down a thought path that may or may not be correct. How can we know for certain that the individuals collecting the data aren't adding variability?
  17. Anybody want to go camping?
  18. Now you tell me!!!!
  19. At first I thought he might have had a point, then I kind of dismissed him after he made those clearly racist comments. I wish I knew the real history of the grazing for free thing....that might unlock some new thought.
