A question for all you Steak connoisseurs....in your opinion, what is the perfect thickness for a steak?

That looks great! I’m so tired of bad salads. I always take special care of the meat at a meal, but I just seem to have to put up with a salad. I now judge a restaurant by its salads...but at home, I just get too lazy.

The problem is the Covid virus has brought people out of the woodwork. Ramps that were only busy on weekends have been getting trounced during the week. At least 10 times more pressure than normal.

Most of them have no ramp training or etiquette...But I’ve seen a lot of boaters lately that have no ramp etiquette either.

My buddy gave me a bow kill deer tonight. We had a Chinese/American knife fest factory tonight. Not a piece wasted. Notice the Chinese descriptions on the bag 😂

After the Sous vide, do you dry them off and apply olive oil or butter before searing?

Every stretch is what you make of it. Concentrate on cover and don’t pass it up too quickly with your kayak. The water is probably very clear now, use smaller lures and be patient.
