  1. Welcome cbass12! Ness: Treadin lightly ain't yur style! I never heard of anything good Comin from Missouri http://youtu.be/YWtUL5Rx364
  2. It's a beautiful thing!!
  3. Thanks for the info, Seth! I've got mixed feelings about river tourneys, I've been in one and they are fun. The only thing I don't like about them is that they release the fish in one place, and it's usually at a bigger, well established big boat ramp. So every Tom, Dick, and Harry can have access to a bunch of bigger fish within a short proximity to that boat ramp. I wish they would make you release them in the hole where you caught them, regardless of the inconvenience.Having said that, I think they are fun as heck! I will still enter one if the opportunity arises. Edited to say, I think I'm pretty sure what the big one was caught on.....
  4. Stay active but don't over do it!
  5. My wife actually suggested we go fishing at Busch Wildlife last night....at the end she said you've gotten hooked on fishing and I love it! Miracles never cease!
  6. So Busch has a 2 fish 15" limit on bass, and on certain lakes like 33, a one fish 18" limit. I don't think I've ever seen anyone (except for Smallie Seeker) abide by those rules. But, if you are a little savvy, you can catch some nice fish there.
  7. I would ask Merc1997 about it...he's the night fishing king
  8. Wow, you're exactly right Old Plug!!
  9. My wife has finally realized that it's futile to fight it anymore.
  10. Now that's a blue gill!
  11. Yes, when I was a kid , mine was a wheat germ dough ball
  12. Thanks for sharing, maybe put it on FB also Edited to add link: http://eureka-wildwood.patch.com/groups/opinion/p/say-no-to-proposed-gravelsand-mining-in-eureka
  13. I'm pretty sure GreasyB and I are coming. I think it would look cool with a canoe strapped to the top of my SUV, pulling a jet boat. All the bases covered.
  14. I thought this was good solid advice and needed to be shared. http://www.wired2fish.com/6-bass-fishing-details-you-should-never-overlook/
  15. Welcome back! Sounds like you've got the hardware covered. I had a 2003 Skeeter just like yours.
  16. My theory on topwater this time of the year is go large. It's a defensive bite still anyway even though most of the spawn is over. They will still stay in this mode for a while yet. I still like the slow moving walker poppers now. It no surprise the skitter pop did so well. Stay away from the gliders IMO
  17. No worries.... Maybe If they had a thread on pirogues, you'd be the head honcho!
  18. Since we are on this subject, what is a Warmouth?
  19. I'm just now trying to come up with those, any 2 color suggestions?
  20. Yes, that would be the best ticket. I mean geez, over harvest/ poaching can destroy virtually every other type of gamefish. Too bad they don't have a type of "Weed and Feed" for fish species!! Or somehow mutate them into a sterile hybrid.

I would just ignore it and forget the guy. If you're innocent don't let it bother you! You're a lot nicer than me
