  1. I bet I have 3 boxes from Amazon sitting on my porch every week!
  2. Yep, we see all sides! 😜
  3. What do you do when you eat that makes her sick? Are you a noisy eater? If so, I got to agree with her 😂 my father in law has noises coming out of all open ports in his body. And doesn’t care if anyone is around.
  4. There are just as many rednecks up north… You should go to upstate Minnesota or Michigan ha ha. I think it’s mostly an urban versus rural thing.
  5. I get that, unless you have Bo’s heads it’s hard to find a wire that doesn’t need to be re-bent. Stronger wires were needed and I agree. Just couldn’t find them.
  6. You haven’t seen negotiating at a car dealership until you watch my wife’s family. I just walk away and sit in the waiting room and eat the free snacks meant for people getting their car serviced. No amount of negotiations I do will be good enough, I’ve given up in that department. Just kick back until the “where do I sign” moment happens.
  7. They could sell their house in China and buy their own! 😂
  8. So to be honest I wouldn’t get too worried about it. I’ve seen a bunch of guys that say they caught a 20” but if you actually put it up on a Hog trough, it was 19.25”. Keep in mind a 19” is a very nice smallmouth.
  9. Some guy on FB posted it and I actually did laugh out loud!
  10. As @Smalliebigs knows they fight like you just lasso’d a freight train
  11. He speaks zero English...this could get fun!! 😂
  12. We already have a time share at Branson 😂
  13. You sound like a man with experience! 😂
  14. First world problems for us 😂
  15. She’s on my side most of the time!😂
  16. It’s like he’s judging my every move...he corrects me if I’m doing something not to his liking BTW. The reason I know this is because about 6 months ago they used to live with my wife’s sister. When he moved in with us he told my wife that the other brother in law thinks he knows what he’s doing and won’t listen to me. 😂
  17. Not much of a short story, but didn’t know where else to post this. Living with my wife’s parents has its good and bad moments. But the good outweigh the bad. 😜 The bad: Father stares at me almost all day long Father doesn’t like waiting for someone in his way in the kitchen Both mother and father race to inspect what I bring home from the grocery store. If we have 2 carrots 🥕 in the refrigerator, and I buy another bag, they get the carrots out of the fridge and show them to me and say in Chinese “Why did you spend money to buy carrots?? We already have some??” When they clean up, which is often, they put things out of sight where no one can find them. My father in law finally got his drivers license after flunking the driving part 3 times. He ran into our house and did about 3k damage. The Good: They keep the house clean and my wife is happy 😊. I guess I need to consult with my Octopus Teacher ?? Right @Terrierman
  18. Nice fish man!! I love the blue colors of the leaves this time of year!! 😂
  19. I’ll shoot you a text tonight
  20. We need to go fishing regardless brotha!!
  21. At Taney those fish are all the way out in the middle of the river too. If you guys are talking about keeping certain distance from the bank, making 2-4 pulls, then taking your rod and recasting, then yes, I’ll agree it would keep up with a jerk bait. But staying 30 yards of the bank, which is what is often done, no way you could cover as much water. Plus, with anything weighted you don’t have the ability to dead stick.
  22. Unfortunately, it’s a giggers dream right now
  23. Yea if you only strip it a couple of times, that’s not covering too much water, that’s just a controlled distance type thang.
  24. I don’t think they could cover water as quick
  25. I’ve fished jerkbaits for trout for so long I can’t remember when I started. A good smaller one is a small/medium sized Yozuri Pin’s Minnow. But all of the jerkbaits need to have the required pause in between twitches.
