Ya know I’m not even talking about Ramsey’s personality and screaming. I’m talking about his actual cooking ability. I think the guy couldn’t wash Jacques Pepin’s feet. He seems a little too Bobby Flay/Giada De Laurentiis for me.

I believe it will get you a few more bites during the day, especially when conditions are tough. Salt works too...it makes the fish hold on a little longer but decreases the longevity of the bait.

It was yummy. I added apple juice and wrapped with 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil, baked at 300 for 3 hours, then brushed on some sauce and kept the foil open and crusted the sauce at 375 for 45 minutes. Took the drippings from the foil and removed the fat then made the gravy.
