Nah... I just don't understand what soggy is saying. I'm sure he has a valid point to make, but...well...what is it? There's something left unsaid here.

Not much of a point but more of an observation. The outlet debates have guys from both sides one defending and the other saying how they dont like to fish there and there should be rules against it. This just sounds kind of like that.

is this restriction still in effect on Little Rock Corps District lakes? No fishing within 50 ft of any part of a commercial dock? Not just TR, but Beaver, Bull, Norfork and Clearwater?

I have found in my 57 years that any meeting held behind closed doors with only select people invited, usually screws the people that were intentionally left out......
