fishinwrench Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Wonder who's put on more girth since then, Wrench or the Fish? I figured you'd pick up on the St. Christopher necklace before anything else. I don't have many pics of fish that I know exact weight of, so gimme a break
eric1978 Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Ok, I dug up a few old pics of fish that I know the exact weight of. This is from 1982 so please ignore the stoned punk holding it and take a stab at what this Audrain county pit bass weighed out at. 6.25 lbs...caught on a slimy purple jelly worm. Sweet Aviators.
fishinwrench Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 6.25 lbs...caught on a slimy purple jelly worm. Sweet Aviators. Photo-gray Brother. LOL 1/4 oz. blk. Alron jig with a #11 brn. Uncle josh frog. And you are low. There's a couple guys on here that should be able to tell what baitshop I'm standing in front of.

Those little tri-beams don't work so great over a pound or so.
Wayne SW/MO Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 That's a trick picture there friend, I know you've put on some happiness. Judging by the condition, its healthy, and the mouth I'll go 8-12. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

creek wader Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 That's a great pic "Wrench." ..Far out. ... I think a better experiment or whatever you want to call it. Would be all of us posting old pics like Wrench did. Just to see how we looked back then. Looking proud holding those fish. Maybe a "then" and "now" pics. I think I can dig up a few back when I had hair and it wasn't gray. But, it'd be pretty hard to top Wrench's pic. You were one cooool dude. back then. wader
KCRIVERRAT Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 Jeez... we're playing "The Price is Right". I'm gonna say 7lbs. 10oz.'s HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS
DaddyO Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I'm guessing closer to 5 lbs. DaddyO We all make decisions; but, in the end, our decisions make us.
