dwiebenga Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Took advantage of the "Trade Up Program" that Falcon is offering. Sent two rods last Friday, and my new rods arrived today. Amazing customer service. I will be a Falcon for good!!! High recommend their product to anyone
Wayne SW/MO Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 My favorite. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
denjac Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 I like them too for cranking, top , spining ect. But have still not found one I like for a jig rod. Not as sensitve as I would like.My old Browning IM7"s are twice as sensitve. Any sugestions? Dennis Boothe Joplin Mo. Bill Babler Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Yes, you need to try one of my new Cara Finess Jig Rods. Next time your down, I'll loan you one for the weekend and see what you think. ollie Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Love my Falcon. Will be with them for life unless something changes with them. I had one that was "loose" at the handle where the cork meets the blank and the thing would turn. Anyways I'm sure it was my fault that it was that way. Took it to Southtown in Joplin and they told me to pay for shipping and I would have a fixed or new rod. Two weeks later I got a brand new rod. They are the best IMO. Members Bullcreek Posted February 4, 2010 Members Posted February 4, 2010 I will second what Bill said on the new Cara Finesse Jig Rod. It is an outstanding rod and I love the split grip. I use the Cara Head Turner for the big football jigs and it is excellent also.

Flippin Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Denjac, I have a Browning Medallion that I am pretty high on. It is a boron/graphite mix. Is that the rod you have?

Flippin, dont know if its a Medallion or not. just know its the IM7. You can feel them even if they just look at it. I bet they are 20 years old and still great. Dennis Boothe Joplin Mo.
