Remember. It is human nature to destroy what we love. Just ask my wife.

Name one thing man created that didn't in some way harm man.

There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.

I have to admit when I read a post that is so specific that I could just drive over and get into the same location it sort of makes me cringe. Anyone who has met me or Chief in person knows that we will be glad to take anyone to any ( well almost ) of our spots. That being said, I don't feel like I need to know the specific stream that any of the other OAF members post reports on. If I get interested I will PM that person and ask if he/she would be interested in divulging more information or let me tag along the next time they fish it.

These secret or not so secret spots don't deserve to be brodcasted around the WORLD. Yes the WWW stands for WORLD WIDE WEB. That being said, I will continue to rename my special creeks.

BTW, they are all out there for anyone to find if he or she wishes to put in the effort to find them.

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

2. Bourbon

3. Cigars

4. The Simpsons

Just off the top of my head. I won't mention all the good drugs.

Seedless watermelons.

It will hurt next year when the local Wally World stops carrying them and you did not save any seeds to plant them in your garden.......

Seedless Watermelons are a lazy man's fruit, you should really learn the art of "spitting seeds".

Most guys post enough info to eliminate a lot of water. Some of the fun for me is finding it from there.

That is something I enjoy doing. Next spring I will be paying close attention and looking for more places to fish. I do not think I have any "home waters". The strawberry river starts within a mile of my house, the southfork river is 10 miles from the house, the spring river is 25 minutes, piney creek is 30 miles away(optimus access), buffalo city is 45 miles, crooked creek is 45 miles, and the eleven point is right at an hour(alton, narrows, or myrtle).

I will say that soon I will start floating the southfork because it is so close.

everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.

I don't really eat watermelons that much. They kind of make my throat itch like some other fruits do...bananers and apples do it, too. And I don't grow any in my garden.

Anyway, the point was that seedless watermelons were a creation of man and they don't hurt anything. Regular watermelons will continue to produce seeds, so if we run out of seedless ones, no big deal...we still have the same ol' seedy ones people have been eating for millenia.

I do agree, however, that man is the scourge of the planet and we are our own worst enemy and will ultimately wipe ourselves clean off the earth with all our "technological advancements." I just felt like being difficult. I'm sure I could come up with a few other examples that are slightly less carcinogenic than Joe's.

1. Throw a remote at someone and see if they bleed.

2. Too many people have gotten drunk on Bourbon and got hurt.

3. Cancer.

4. Too mnay idiots pulling Bart Simpson stunts getting hurt.

And any drug is harmful, although some make you feel real good. :D
