I threw them in the trash and she saw them. She asked if she could use them for an art project.

She's entering the bigger one in the punpkin carving/decorating contest for the subdivision this weekend.

I used all the small sizes off of it. I guess you could tie a size 4 cracklback with whats left on there.

Plenty of feathers for streamers, bass bug tails, tails on dries if you tye that sort of fly. I could find a few good uses for them myself, may have to pull Beeson out by the ankles and dive in myself.

Cute punkin indeed....But I'm with the boyz here. There's other fish to tie flys for besides stocker trout...and they are even more fun to fish for, in many cases.

Trick or friggin' Treat.... Hand it over ! :bringitout:

Sorry Boyz. I only tie trout flys, and some hybrid striper flys. I have two other hackles currently that are yielding the size I need.

You don't have to dumpster dive for them, I'd gladly give them to anyone who asked. Unless you really want to go through my trash. Call first so I can leave the garage open.

I don't have a lot of pent up anger as some, so keep fireing away.

I think she'll win the contest this year and then I'll give them to whoever wants them.

Unless she comes up with some other art project for them.

Snagged,

Not sure I understand some of the responses. Your daugher did well. The pumkins look sweet. I can definatley tell they are Indian pumpkins. I'd say she did well with using the leftover hackle. Tell her to keep on keepin on.
