Just don't rent a car and go gally-banting all over the countryside. All- Inclusives are great deals down there and you could plan a couple of days of salt-water fishing to boot. vacation Posted December 28, 2010 Share Posted December 28, 2010 Lilley and I went down to Amistad last April, fishing was good, but with all the violence there on the border, I wouldn't be in a hurry to get back there. Southern California has some excellent fishing as well as Texas. I would check out texasfishingforum.com and look at some Texas lakes.
