Actually, I am beginning to like the hide the face schtick. I may have to make sure I always do it. Tickles me to have two ten pound club pictures up at Walleye Central and no one can see my face.

The Eye guru of the upper end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really love your reports.......two wall hangers in a couple of weeks qualifies as "guru". Great job!!!!

The hits came traveling upstream. At that location some days are upstream days and some the opposite.

@Martin - The 10/2 Power Pro probably tests out at twice its rating. If I were to switch to 15/4, I would have to carry a strong young man in the boat to break me off when I got hung up.

How young is 'young'... I'll gladly pull out your hangs if you put a 10 pounder on my line. Nice job RPS... if you keep this up, all the shore pounders are gonna have down riggers on their bass boats.

Sounds like a great trip. I agree on the 10/2 powerpro, seems more like 15-20lb breaking strength. I use it for crappie fishing at LOZ, and it actually is so hard to break that I might be creating more problems than I am solving, especially if it's hung around some dock steel. I hope crappie isn't a forbidden word around here!
