Bill P Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Churches are losing their air conditioners like crazy. When economic times were good people would steal the cable out of houses and from the highline poles. Economic times are not to awesome right now and people are stealing anything not nailed down and even from churches. Not sure it is going to get better any time soon. Takes me less than 5 minutes to drop the boat off the trailer.....one of the many reasons I don't spend 1000s on a slip and carry everything in and out to include the lower end unit! I have a feeling that the economy is only partially responsible. I'm more inclined to believe it's moral decay and substance dependency.
Guest Buck Creek Mike Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Well, I happen to believe (actually I hope) that the perpetrator will have a nice bout of karma coming their way. If you do s#%! like that it will eventually catch up with you, if it hasn't already. Do you think the thieves pull up in a boat or go from land? Either way, it make s me sick to think about it. I had the gas siphoned from our boat at LOZ and they broke off the gas cap cover, actually the gas was still in the boat, I think they got interupted and bolted out of there befor they could get it.
