Feathers and Fins Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Whitey made me mad today so I shot the General and a couple ringers that had a lady dressed in teal clothing with them. All in all lots of movements seen and a lot of hair pulling at whitey but excellant work by the dog on a young mans first diver ever and that made the day awesome to me. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
duckydoty Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 On Friday I guarded the ducks on Taney. None were molested or hurt by me. Had three Wood ducks swim into the decoys & stayed all morning. Too pretty to shoot. Too slow on a pair of Mallard hens & four Gadwalls. I did not see all of the geese or other ducks moving. I was hunting in the Boy's Camp Cove - think I will try down the lake next time. Hoping tomorrow will be a little different on Table Rock. I've decided to stay off Taney till some more ducks show up. Hoping the bigger water of Table Rock will attract the new comers first. A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners

Large flocks with the North wind blowing up there rears. We managed a gadwall and three more geese. Goose fajitas yesterday and comfort food today of chicken fried goose with mashed taters and gravy, side of green beans. Good luck to you hunters in the morning.
