Also I have been looking at 15wt rod kits. Does the director of assumed tournament plan on banning the Alabama rig? I would like to know in advance so I can decide whether to go through with purchase of said 15wt rod building kit.

I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted.

Having enough boats is going to be the biggest problem. You could do it out of canoes but that would put them at a possible disadvantage to the guys in bass boats.

Whatever boat you are in you better hope you are off the water by 6.

I could see the boats being an issue, we could we make it canoe only?

A canoe on loz would be as suicidal as trying to inhale underwater.

If we make it canoe only then we need to do it on Springfield Lake or something similar.

Guess it depends on where in LO you plan to fish. Don't think I'd wanna fish Shawnee bend, but the Buffalo's, Niangua's or Cole camp wouldnt be bad.

Ideally though we'd have enough guys with boats. I know of 4 so far, maybe 5.

Well if it's going to be in the summer I was hoping to fish some main lake points. :have-a-nice-day:
