woodman Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 "just float on by" I seem to recall a funky strainer on the section that is "Praters land"... What if I have to get out to avoid the obstruction? What if Prater is reading these posts and decides to drop some tree, to create an obstacle across the river ..sort of like a dare? Im ready for another spring float with a new boat... http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r302/scrawford_photos/
BackCastingGolfer Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 What a great discussion! And the unity here is awesome!! I think at this point, I will schedule a meeting with the PA and get some clarification on some issues. Any Updates?

Chief Grey Bear Posted May 23, 2012 Author Posted May 23, 2012 I got a letter back saying it was "nulled". I think that was the term. Said if I didn't cause the land any trouble, I wouldn't be prosecuted. Didn't say for how long though. I won't be using that lawyer next time. He was pretty much a smartass and didn't seem really concerned about what my right are and such. It turned out the way I wanted also not the way I wanted too if that makes any sense. Just makes me wonder what would happen if someone else besides you floated through his property with a lawyer and Elliott Davis from the local news.
