#1 is a switch rod blank and components to build. Then I have a 10wt blank that I need components for to build on. I would like to get a glass blank or two as well as a ratty but complete bamboo rod to rebuild. I would also like to pick up a couple complete glass rods. I need to upgrade my vise and buy stock in tying materials too. Oh and I need a 2wt line for a build I am about wrap up. Cheesy pun no extra cost.

I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted.

A few jigheads. A few more packs of various soft plastics. I "might" be getting a spinning rod or two for panfish.

I'm pretty well stocked.

Most of my tackle "wants" center around having duplicates of everything in MO and MT, so that I can just get on a plane with a carry-on bag and head for one place or the other. (Which, by the way, as long as you watch for cheap airfares, costs less than the gas and miles you put on the car driving 3000 miles round trip.) To that end, right now I have 4 wt., 5 wt., 7 wt., and 8 wt. fly rods in MO, and 4 wt. and 6 wt. rods in MT. Figure I need one 5 wt. rod for MT. I have duplicate gear bags with enough flies in each to cover both places, except I have to tie a bunch of streamers for MO. (There's a sporting goods store in Bozeman that sells pretty decent flies for less than a dollar apiece, where I bought a bunch of them recently.) I have waders at both places. I just bought a pair of those Hodgman soft-soled wading boots to use in MO in place of felt, but I already had felt soled boots in both places. I have enough clothing and accessories in both places. So other than the rod and the streamers, I'm good.

As for conventional tackle...I can't think of ANYTHING I need. But I'd like to buy a new reel or two, and pretty soon I'll have to make a new batch of twin spins.

I want to upgrade a few more rods to Denali's. Right now I have three: jerkbait rod, tube jig spinning rod, and a light trout jig rod. Even though my receipt from bass pro says differently, I probably have everything I need tackle-wise.

everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.

I want a 9' 4 piece 5wt. that will increase my self-worth, make me more attractive to the opposite sex, make my wiener bigger and bring about world peace. short of that, i'd settle for a new outcast featherlight pontoon with some upgraded oars. actually pretty satisfied with my gear at the moment, but have always wanted a steffen brothers 8' 3 piece 5wt. fiberglass rod. also wouldn't mind a new pair of simm's guide waders.

I guess if we're aiming that high I'll just move to England and buy my own chalk stream.

But then you'd have to live in England. Think I'd rather move to Montana and buy my own Montana.
