Wayne SW/MO Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Ask him about his high dollar camera. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Addicted to Creeks Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 +1 +2 Fish always lose by being "got in and dressed." It is best to weigh them while they are in the water. The only really large one I ever caught got away with my leader when I first struck him. He weighed ten pounds. —Charles Dudley Warner
fishinwrench Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Well thanks! I figured I'd catch some flack over that "non-typical clouser". LOL
rangerman Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 No, no flak here, people pay for pictures like that. Pretty sweet. I have to keep going back and look at it. That eye has some of the best coloration I have seen in awhile. Freakin awesome!!!!
fishinwrench Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 She was a pretty one, spawning colors I guess. Been catching quite a few (more than usual, anyway) in the last few days. Even the little hammer-handle sized ones are colored up like that They seem to be kinda turned on by that hard-tail clouser.
rangerman Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Clear water can cause the walleye to have good coloration like that.
Smalliebigs Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 sweet walleye pics !!!! wrench...i'm with rangerman and rps....very nice
