Feathers and Fins Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Well its been a long month but the Doc is giving me a green light to go fishing for a few hours Wend, Still have to limit it to not in the heat and only a few hours at a time. Still no work and must wear a blasted heart monitor but hey getting out a little is better than sitting around the house. Stripers beware IM BACK https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Feathers and Fins Posted July 10, 2012 Author Posted July 10, 2012 Heart at 43 finally got the word for sure... Unforseeable and certainly no sign of it comming. Doc said that this is the type when people die from it they just write down heart failure. Apparently the small arteries in the heart much like the big ones can get clogged and reduce blood flow and proper working... Only a Nuclear stress test will show this. Guys do yourselves and your loved ones a favor and get one done. There was no signs at all, I am lucky though to have had it happen as It can be treated. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Brian K. Shaffer Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Just keep thinking about how bad you miss casting. That'll get you out there when you're ready. Glad to hear you are on the up and up. BilletHead Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Go get them Scott. I hear them calling your name, Catch me Scott, Catch me! Did you get rid of the one a day? Quillback Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Congrats on you recovery! I would not recommend throwing topwaters to stripers however, one of those things blowing up on your lure could give anyone a coronary!
Bird Watcher Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 Glad to hear. Take it slow and don't over do it. It's a marathon, not a race.
