Spinning Rod, Reel And Line For Trout ?

Planning my first White river trout trip. What spinning Rod, Reel and Line do you reccomend ? Thanks !

6' L power spinning rod, pick your flavor

1500 size Shimano mid-grade reel, Symetre, Saros, etc.

4# test, copolymer in clear, Vicious, PLine, take your pick.

There are some big trout in there-only difference I would make is going up to 6 lb line.

I throw my stuff on 6 lb. if I threw stuff on 4 lb for a while and if I thought it was even a little better, I'd still be throwing it.

Lots of good rods out there...just depends on your budget...In reels...I've had some reliability issues with Daiwa & Shimano spinning reels, but I've been very happy with Abu and Plueger.
