Members LB DRY FLY Posted December 28, 2012 Members Posted December 28, 2012 Nice job as always. What video editing software do you use?
fishinwrench Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Awesomeness !!! Of all the FFing vids on the web I enjoy these the most. So Cool!
cnr Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Nice video, really enjoyed it. Loved the skipping rocks part.
brittsnbirds Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Very good Brian. Gives me the itch to hook up the trailer and head south. Even pulled up some of your previous videos. Makes a wasted day at home good!! Keep em coming. And watch out the youngsters might start out fishing you!!
Brian Wise Posted December 31, 2012 Author Posted December 31, 2012 Thanks so much for all the kind words fellas. Have some plans to venture out of my comfort level with these videos...if I can do what I want to do I should have a little docu/video sometime in 2013. Nice job as always. What video editing software do you use? I use a program called Powerdirector from Cyberlink. It is VERY affordable and puts videos together nicely. It is totally meant for beginners but has some upper-level abilities too...I really like it. I 'do' use After Effects for color-grading though. This is what gives the "look" that I shoot for (besides the camera-work itself) and is not very user friendly. I ONLY color-grade on it so I haven't scratched the surface of what it can do. Nick Williams Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 Are you only using one camera for all this too? And your fly tying videos included? - Nick
Brian Wise Posted December 31, 2012 Author Posted December 31, 2012 Are you only using one camera for all this too? And your fly tying videos included? No, I have 3 cameras I work with. A point and shoot style 720p camera, a GoPro, and a DSLR. I shoot the tying videos with the DSLR. My Youtube Channel
Flysmallie Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 Great video as always. Love to fish with you sometime, but I don't want to fish with your freaking kid. He's a blast to watch though.
