Mizzou up 25 on Arkansas with 12:00 to go. Normally I would never count my chickens before they hatch but Mizzou can't find a way to lose this one now. Missouri should make the tournament for the fifth straight year. I don't think there's any real doubt about that now, even if they lose two straight to close the season.

I agree OTF, Mizzou looked good tonight, Arkansas is going to the NIT and we are going to dance. You called it though....Pressey and Bowers sure looked inspred, I would take a road win in Knoxville....I hate it when teams let up. So what do you think OTF are they an 8 or a 9 seed might move up a bit.....Ii don't like playing from the 8 or 9 but, you still have to win no matter where you're seated.

I quit watching when the score was 45-22. Arkansas offensive strategy (if you want to call it that) was to spread 4 around the 3 point arc, pass the ball around until someone finally decided to launch a shot from beyond the arc. Even though this approach was an obvious failure, it seems that making an in game adjustment is beyond their capability. Maybe they did something different in the 2nd half, but I wasn't going to waste any time watching.

I think we could move up a couple seeds, but it would probably take winning in Knoxville and doing some serious damage in the SEC tournament at this point. If we somehow won the SEC tournament we could move up as high as a 5. But anything less and we're probably looking at anything from a 7-9 seed

I could live with an 8 or 9 seed. Big upset in the 2nd round against a #1. That would be ok with me :)

I would like to get away from an 8 or 9 seed if possible, but you have to win in Knoxville and do some damage in the SEC tournament.

Mizzou looked good last night and i don't think there is any love loss between Anderson and Haith. Think we are seeing the begining of a pretty heated rivalry.

Mizzou will be a six seed. Dangerous first game. Their second-round game would be eminently winnable.

No matter what seed they get, Mizzou will be in the same bracket as KU. Trust me.

I hope so. Because Kansas will most likely be in the KC subregional. If that happened, the first game would be a virtual home game for Missouri...which with a win would set up an epic second round game against KU. I would be willing for Missouri to drop a couple seed lines to see this happen. Kansas will most likely be a 1 or 2 seed, so Missouri would have to be a 7-10 for this to be a possibility.

A first round game against Illinois is even possible, if the committee is willing to do a regular season rematch.

With a few exceptions, I think seeding will be a non-factor this year. Too many good teams. And I mean GOOD. There really isn't a GREAT team this year, so I would not be surprised at all that a couple of high seeds go down early. There are so many tough teams that can beat anybody in the country on any given day... so..buyer beware. Should be an incredible tournament, for the teams that win, otherwise, wow, extreme frustration for the losers.

March Madness. Love it.
