Now in my defense, I work long days behind a key board... I realized yesterday after a couple hours of yardwork that I got girly hands and old (sore back and legs this morning) this last winter. Thank goodness spring is back boys. Time to get dirty and rugged again. :)

And all you have to look forward too is adding some years to the mix that will enhance all those feelings.

You are right though it is time, aargggh'

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

I've been holding off on planting anything so far, looks like yet another chance of frost later this week. Last year I had tomatoes out on March 20th. This year, NOT!

I feel ya Mic.

My neighbor and I rented a tractor last weekend and spent all day Saturday and Sunday clearing out a pile of dead trees from our yard's. It was nice of the builders to leave them behind for us...but that is another story.

Today I am so sore it hurts when I answer the phone.

I know the feeling, mic. Worked my raised beds over a couple weeks back, but I have fully recovered. It's not nearly as bad as when I was tilling soil though -- that sucked. Not too much hard work left to do -- that I'm gonna do. Gotta get some mulch delivered and I'll pay for them to put it down. Peas, carrots, radishes, lettuce, beets, onions, spinach and chard are all in the ground. The maters, peppers, herbs, and a few others are in a cold frame for now. Sposta be a wet week and fairly cool so I'll probably hold off a while longer.
