yaknar Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Many of you may have already seen this, but what is it for? I was kayaking down the James yesterday and saw this. I think I have seen it before but never this high. It made me think of "Splash" on ABC,celebrities perform dives from extreme heights, not that I watch that show.....The water is not deep enough to jump off of. And it's too high to fish off so, what is it used for?
