Only locals know how deep to dive for quality mussels and where trapping is best along the shoreline. If you’ve spent time on Arkansas’ White River then you’ve probably had many summers reeling in the trout, soaking up the sun, and hanging with them river rats.

If you are part of a multigenerational family, own a business or spend your life on the great White River than this casting call is for you!

A major cable network is looking for larger than life personalities to star in a documentary series made for television. All interested persons are encouraged to apply.

Only complete submissions will be considered. Please include a brief bio, photos, contact information and the best time to reach you.

Send emails with subject ʺWhite River Castingʺ to NetworkCasting1@gmail.com

We look forward to hearing from y’all soon!

Not on Taney...

I think there's some interesting characters on this forum that might fit the bill. May be we can nominate some...

Babler's done some trapping... and he'd look good in a speedo diving for mussels.

Hmmm.... I'm still trying to get my head around the multigenerational family thing... what other kind is there?

Click. Guess they prob'ly mean alive. :-)

A local acquaintance recently had a similar request for a redneck squirrel/misc critter killin' show. Interest waned after his interview, he blames it on having too many teeth and a weak tag line (Aarrrrggghh).

I can't dance like I used to.

Crowbar would fit the bill, if he was from the white river
