Justin Spencer Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Goodness, SD beating up on the Texans. This will be a three team division race. Or not. Flysmallie Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Or not. SD doesn't have a chance with Rivers. Worst QB ever.
Wayne SW/MO Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 Daniels height comes back to haunt him too often. He had a tendency to throw high at times in college and he still does in the pros. I always assumed he had trouble sometimes judging distance and compensated by aiming a little high? It took Breese going to NO to really shine. I'm always a little Leary of a back up becoming a star though. On the other hand a good back up of Daniels quality can be invaluable if you want to go to the big games. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Ham Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 I'm not sure why Chiefs fan assume Alex Smith isn't going to get the job done. Smith was the man until he got hurt in San Fran. Kaepernik is a freak of nature. It;s not like Smith was failing to win games. FTR, I think Smith is going to work out for KC. It's a tall order going against Denver twice, but a real chance for a Wild Card spot exists for the Chiefs. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Justin Spencer Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I think the only ones who want to see Chase are Mizzou alum, he took way to many sacks in preseason, Alex is much better. Ham Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Chase Daniels was a Saint for a couple of years so I'll always like him for that. He'll do his beat if needed, but they'll win more with Alex Smith. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Wayne SW/MO Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I think Daniels is in a good place. He won't hurt them much, if any, if he comes in, but he won't replace Smith 50/50. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Leonard Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 what do Chiefs fans do after they win the super bowl? :secret-laugh: Turn off the Xbox and go to bed http://www.taneycomonights.com
stlfisher Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 I think the only ones who want to see Chase are Mizzou alum, he took way to many sacks in preseason, Alex is much better. It is not that I think he is better than Alex Smith, but that I would like to see him make it as a starter some day (0dd's are he is not that guy, but I will root for him). I think he is a good back up considering the other options. Lot's of young quarterbacks take to many sacks...usually indicative of indecision or trying to make a play. Better than happy feet.
