Justin Spencer Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 If the government shuts down it looks like river accesses that are forest service sites will be locked up. On NFoW that is Hammond, not sure about other rivers, but know the EP and Current probably have some. awhuber Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 You will still be able to get to the Current. Baptist, Parker, and Cedar are on County rds. fishinwrench Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Say What!? Why? The FS trails to the Gasconade? There are NO gates....so I guess they'll have to build some before they can close any of them.
Justin Spencer Posted September 30, 2013 Author Posted September 30, 2013 They told me any gated areas would be shut down. awhuber Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 The longer this goes on the better the fishin will be for me. It was ruff trout fishing this weekend on the upper river. The smallies were taking everything.
