I had a slow day at work and found these. I know some of us like to try new things and new ways so I thought I would share. PS... Chef Ramsey killed most of this himself on other videos. Enjoy.

There is a few swampers down here, close enough to a hare.

Made a great batch of Oxtail soup today if I say so myself. Tomato paste, cloves and beef stock make this soup special. Oxtails are starting to go up in price in the last 5 years. A very good hearty soup after a cold day on the river!

That looks good Mitch! We had some of the Mrs. BilletHeads homemade vegetable soup with her potato rolls. I sometimes think soup is an under rated meal. What more can you ask for? Everything in one bowl,

I'm with you guys -- soups /stews are a favorite. Today I made 'mom's' beef stew. She got the recipe out of one of those community cookbooks back in the 70s. Some good meat, some raw carrots and everything else out of the pantry. Takes about 10 minutes to dump it all in the Crock Pot in the morning and it's ready for dinner.
