Wayne SW/MO Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 If I wasn't watching this I would assume Mizzou was down by 40 and being totally dominated! Yea AU was doing everything right and running all over MU....by 1 point as it turned out. On a lighter note UCF beat a 5-6 team by 4 points to win their conference and now gets a major BCS bowl to play something new to them, a ranked team. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Guest Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 Can not believe they gave up 195 yards rushing in the first half and are still in the game. Tre mason might end up with 350 yards rushing.
ozark trout fisher Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 Forced a punt there. Every time that happens, it feels like a huge victory. Hopefully the second half will show that adjustments have been made.
ozark trout fisher Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Hopefully the second half will show that adjustments have been made. Nope.
Chief Grey Bear Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Going to come down to the last possession it looks like. 494 yards rushing for Auburn at the end of 3 quarters. So what. They are only up by 3. So that makes Mizzou more efficient. Jerry Rapp Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 come on, if a teams runs 90% of their plays on the ground, don't you stop the run first? It is not rocket science. A 3 man front defensive line? I think Mizzou was "told" to lose this one. You can't be that stupid not to stuff the run.
Guest Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Great game!!! both teams finished first this year after having terrible seasons last year. Im glad that LSU & Alabama aren't representing the SEC this year. Now if FL State or Ohio State loses, Auburn is in the big game.
