Can't imagine why it would piss the dentist off. I wish all of y'all would run wide open through a shallow stumpfield everytime you went out. Jus'sayin'.

My dentist told me that for years. I mostly ignored it. Eventually one of my upper front teeth, yes the one that did the vast bulk of the biting duties slowly developed a tiny notch on the biting surface of the tooth and the dentist XRayed it and said "too late now" and showed me a tiny vertical crack on the x rays. Its now quite expensively capped and then recapped to become part of a three tooth bridge. Total cost in the last five years or so for that one tooth ( including the bridge) is pushing $ 5 K. Too soon old, too late smart. lol

My teeth are crooked so I don't have that problem, never have been able to bite line. But I've had plenty of other dental issues to spend my money on.
