At least he's gittin; some. :-(

Some stakes at 1' intervals sure help interpreting critter caliber. Paint inch marks on them if you're so inclined.

House cat or a feral cat. Either way I don't see anything that suggests Cougar or Bobcat.

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

Why would you set your "deer cam" , trail camera, up, to shoot through all that brush?

I was looking at this picture very closely and if you do that you will see a bit of darker coloration on the tail and hind quarters. I think it is a Tiger srtiped cat house or feral cat. my daughter has a big Tom that hits the scale at 20 lbs and not fat on him.

Overlay is the best way to provide a scale of size. Unless it is missing part of its tail, in my opinion, this is not a cougar, but could be a rare bobcat of sorts. More likely feral or a pet. Would love to see overlay to get a sense of scale though. They are making a comeback and have ranges closer than most would think.

well he is not a 100+ lb'er like the one running around here last summer or the other one that size running around in west st Louis county 2 yrs ago.
